Do you, or your colleagues need to know more about the lives, beliefs and values of the UK’s diverse faith communities?
In today’s increasingly diverse environment, the need for sensitivity towards the beliefs and values of clients, customers and even staff has become ever more important and the challenges of getting this right have become increasingly complicated. If you recognize this increasing diversity amongst your staff, clients or customers then our Faith Communities Navigator training package has been developed for you!
This training programme is complemented by a 175 page, full colour book published especially for those who have been through the training programme. This beautifully presented guide is a detailed piece of research which discusses the nine main faiths found in the UK, presenting them in an accessible and easy to read format.
A Bespoke Package
A preliminary faith sensitivity audit ensures that your training is tailored specifically to your needs.
We can work alongside your HR department to provide a package that can be delivered either by your own staff or our team of experienced trainers.
Afterwards, we remain available to support and advise upon issues arising any time in the future.
Why train your staff?
ACAS recommends that all staff receive equality training—particularly managers involved in supervision, recruitment, training or appraisals—but our training is designed to do far more than tick boxes or fulfil these minimum requirements.
We believe that religious diversity is something that can be made to work for your organisation and our Faith Communities Navigator training is designed to help you ensure that you have a harmonious workplace with policies and practices which treat your staff (and customers) with sensitivity and respect.
