Bounds Green

- Kazi  Rahnuma Noor Khan is working as a Project Manager in Faith Regen Foundation. She has Masters in English Language and Literature and at the moment doing her PGCE course.  She started her career with an IBM Franchise Company in Bangladesh as an academic Counsellor and later worked as an O level English Teacher. She also worked in Bangladesh Television as a News Presenter and was an enlisted artist in Radio Bangladesh for 12 Years.

In UK she worked as a learndirect online tutor for 4 years. She has joined Faith Regen Foundation as a learndirect Tutor and later managed the project. Faith Regen Foundation has won ‘learndirect Business award’ in 2009 under her guidance.

 

                                                         

- Mujahidul Islam joined Faith Regen Foundation in April 2010 as the IT and Communication officer of Faith Regen Foundation. He has 5 years of solid experience in Media, graphics design, video edit and air time sales skills. He has a Masters degree in Computer Networking from the University of Greenwich and completed BSC degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He enjoys responding to the everyday challenges from the site managers when mainly based in Bounds Green.

 

- Risto Harma is International Manager for Global One 2015, Faith Regen’s international wing. At Global One 2015 he specializes in acute malnutrition, maternal health and tropical diseases, both in long term development programmes and emergency humanitarian relief. Recent international experience has included the 2010 Pakistan Flood, where work to fill the extensive lack of emergency services for the tens of thousands of children suffering life threatening severe malnutrition. He is currently in the process of developing humanitarian programmes to tackle acute malnutrition, health care and water needs for the Somalia drought and famine crisis. He has also been designing and deploying a maternal health care programme in Nigeria and is designing a similar programme for Pakistan. He has published on women’s issues in international development, holds degrees in economics with advanced statistical analysis, and has also worked in India and Nigeria. His other areas of expertise cover primary education in marginalized communities, child labour, gender, poverty measurement, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), and agriculture & forestry. He is author of the global report on deprivation faced by widows that secured a United Nations international widows’ day.

   
 
   
 

Hackney Office

 

 

 

- Richard Raye joined Faith Regen Foundation in July 2009. He is based in the Hackney office as an administrator and provides support to the staff and clients.

   

- Marlon Raja works as a Project officer at the Bounds Green Centre. He is a Mathematics and Management graduate from Kings College London and has been working at Faith Regen Foundation for the last 6 months. He has been involved in working with the Learndirect service and is involved in working on two projects, one that aims to help young people with learning disabilities and the other targets BAME Groups. His role is focused on helping clients to acquire the necessary skills through programmed learning to preparing them in finding employment or progress into further education.

 

 

 

 

London Muslim Centre

 

Khaleda Banu is the centre manager at the LMC office. She joined Faith Regen Foundation in May 2009 as a project officer. With 30 years teaching experience as a Professor in the Department of Statistics, Biostatistics & Informatics at Dhaka University, Bangladesh; she loves supporting and inspiring unemployed parents back into sustainable employment and feels proud to be a part of it.

 

- Shumina Wahid is based at the ELM Women’s Link located in LMC. She is an Information & Advice Guidance Officer (IAG). Her duties involve dealing with various client’s face to face, through telephone, and email. She says “I enjoy my job as I get to help and provide service to vulnerable people from various backgrounds.”

   
   
   
 

Wembley

- Ayman Abouzaid is a Project Manager based in Brent. He manages our Wembley centre, working with clients referred from JCP to develop their skills, knowledge and intellect and prepare for undergoing successful job searching, applications and interviews thus gaining suitable and sustainable employment. Ayman started in April 2010 coming from a Project Management background and prior to that Hotel Management. He is currently finishing his Masters in Strategic Management and BA in Islamic & Arabic Studies. He has great passion working towards a more progressive society, economic sustainability for individuals, and a world that accommodates social equality and opportunity for all people.

 
 

- Robert Manning is a Trainer at Faith Regen Foundation’s Wembley office. For the past few years he has been working in the same field, helping various customers back to work and assisting them to find their career path. He says ‘this industry has been and still is fun to be a part of.’

 
- Wesam Tahboub works as a personal advisor in Hammersmith & Fulham and in Brent offices, assisting people with their job search.
She says “this is a very enjoyable and challenging role, that has allowed me to get to know the people that come into our centre's and looking at ways to make their searches successful. I wish I had this kind of support when I was searching for a job myself.”

Harrow

   

 


- Zainab Waliullah has been working with Faith Regen Foundation for the past six months as a Centre Manager and a trainer at the Harrow office.  She has been delivering employment training modules under the A4E contract as well as managing the centre on day to day basis. The project aims to help lone parents, carers and those who are newly unemployed clients to gain necessary skills through structured learning and by providing job search support in order to help them in finding employment.

 

 
 

- Moeed Khan has been working with Faith Regen Foundation since February 2010 as an IAG officer. He is based in both the Brent and Whitechapel office. He works with people who have childcare issues or learning difficulties. He says “I feel a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment on my project as it allows me to help those who are unable to help themselves.”
