Dr. Husna Ahmad OBE is the CEO of the Faith Regen Foundation. With a PhD in Environmental Law from the School of Oriental and African Studies at London University, Dr. Ahmad is the co-chair of Faiths and Beliefs in Further Education, a national independent inter-faith charity working with the learning and skills sector, faith and local communities and national and local faith/belief based groups. She is also on the Women’s Committee of the MCEC Palmers Green Mosque. She is on the steering committee on a Higher Education religious literacy group under the auspices of Goldsmith University and the University of York. She is a national and international speaker on faith and regeneration, peace building, women’s issues and climate change. Most recently, she has spoken at the Norwegian Parliament on Faith and Positive Change at a Peace Conference and at a conference in London on the day of Global Action on Military Expenditure on Warfare or Welfare.

 

Dr Nujhat Jahan is the Director of Strategy of the Faith Regen Foundation and has a doctorate degree in Statistics (Operation Research). She has over 22 years of extensive experience in teaching as a professor in the Department of Statistics, Biostatistics & Informatics at Dhaka University. She joined Faith Regen in 2004 and is actively working to develop new strategies for the long term sustained of the company. With a very strong research background she has published many papers in national and international journals. The findings of these articles bear strong significance at the national policy level. She has also worked as consultant, fund raiser /bid writer and principle investigator in various quantitative and qualitative social researches on BME communities, population health and other regeneration activities funded by various international organisations for example, WHO, Population Council, DFID, FHI, British Council, Action Aid etc.

 

Anwar Chaudhary FCA is the Financial Consultant of Faith Regen Foundation and the Principal of Anwar Chaudhary & Co, Chartered Accountants & Statutory Auditors. He is also the Managing Director of QC Consulting (London) Limited, a company specializing in providing management consultancy services to the public and private sectors.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Senior Statutory Auditor. He is a member of the Institute of Audit Faculty specializing in auditing, assurance, investigations and taxation. He is a prize winner in the Institute final examinations and has developed a personal approach to assist his clients to achieve their potential through his consultancy work.
He has over 30 years practical experience in auditing and consultancy work for charities and other not-for-profit sector organizations. He has acted as Interim Director of Resources for two charitable clients.

 

 

Dr Nahy Nassar is Faith Regen Foundation’s I.T. Executive. He has been working with Faith Regen Foundation since its inception. He has extensive experience in the design, build, and deployment of IT infrastructures and IT security solutions. He obtained his Ph.D. in Digital Communication Engineering from Imperial College, London University and MBA from Middlesex University. Dr. Nassar is a member of the Institute of Directories (IOD) and Institute of Engineering & Technology (IET). He has been awarded the CISM (certified Information Security Manager) and CISA (certified Information System Auditor) from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) in the US.

 

 

Evana Matibag is Faith Regen Foundation’s Finance Manager. She is a qualified accountant from the Philippines with substantial experience as a Senior Finance Manager for an international NGO based in London. Evana has worked in South and South East Asia, Africa and the UK. She is currently studying for Chartered Accountancy in the UK and works with Faith Regen Foundation on a part-time basis.

 

 

 

Jamil Akhter is the Quality Assurance and Administration Manager, and is based in the Faith Regen Foundation head office. He has responsibility for all ensuring that all Faith Regen Foundation offices and projects are properly set up and running effectively. 

He has more than 25 years of managerial level experience in Finance & Administration, Programme & Logistics management with International voluntary and donor organizations (CARE International and NSDP, Pathfinder International). He is a graduate and post-graduate in Physics from University of Dhaka and currently studying Association of Accounting Technician (AAT) course in UK.

 

Tamkeen Shaikh has a Masters in Media and Communications, and has substantial experience in media as a crime reporter. She started a career in the Welfare to Work sector in 2005 as an Employment Officer.

She joined Faith Regen Foundation in 2009, and is the Programme Manager for 5 projects in London and Manchester. She says “I wanted to work with FRF because the mission and vision of the company is to ‘Unleash the Potential of All’. In my experience it not only practises what is says with every client that walks through the door but supports its staff to develop and learn to aim higher in their careers.”


Mansoor Bilal has an MBA from UK and his Professional qualification (MInstBA) from The Institute of Business Administration & Management - UK, where he is a full member. He is also a Full Member (MCMI) of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) - London. Currently Mansoor is in the process of starting his PhD in HRM from UK.
In his previous organisation, Mansoor held the positions of Corporate Relationship Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Development Consultant & Technical Business Consultant. Mansoor also has over 3 years of experience in corporate trainings, managing post-graduate programmes & post-graduate lecturing at university.
Mansoor is part of senior management team within Faith Regen Foundation (UK) under the capacity of Programme Manager for Manchester & Birmingham offices. Mansoor not only has strategic cross-cultural corporate experience but current management & HRM knowledge to teach, train & lead effectively within organisations.

 

 

Faaria Ahmad joined Faith Regen Foundation as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. She has an LLM in Law, Development and Governance from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. She has experience of working within the development sector, in capacity building, bid-writing and policy research. She has also worked with asylum seekers within a legal capacity. Her voluntary experience includes working with human rights organisations, NGO’s and youth organisations. She is currently on maternity leave.

 

Chantal Marin joined Faith Regen Foundation as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. She is a graduate in International Development and Globalisation from the University of Ottawa in Canada and has substantial experience in office administration. Her international experience includes working as an ESOL teacher in Asia, as a volunteer for an NGO in South America and carrying out a field research project on the education of girls in Dakar, Senegal.
