CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Salary: £ 35,000

The Faith Regen Foundation is a unique BAME-led national charity which works in the training and employment sector to secure sustainable jobs for those from disadvantaged areas and communities. We are now seeking a talented COO to lead our growth strategy in the FRF employment and training operations. The COO would be a member of the Senior Management team, reporting to the Group CEO.
The COO would assist in the strategic direction and leadership of the organisation, formulate policies and strategies; oversee the quality of programmes, ensure adequate funding, appoint staff and secure wider publicity.
The ideal candidate will have strong professional senior management experience. They will also possess strong analytical and financial skills along with excellent organisational, people and resource management abilities. A good understanding of the BAME and faith communities in the UK and abroad is important.
