Brian McAndrew is the Executive Chair of Faith Regen Foundation. He heads his own company, Mc Andrew Management, and works on international development in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and South East Asia. His own Company has undertaken a wide range of development work for private and public sector organisations. He was previously the Director of Organisational Design and Development for Tribal. His employment in the public sector includes British Telecom and being Deputy Chief Executive of the City of Bradford Metropolitan Council and Chief Executive of Enfield and Chief Executive of Shepway (Folkestone). He is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Management and the Institute of Personnel and Development a Member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He is a former President of UK Local Government Directors of Personnel. |

Paul Wolstencroft is a marketing professional with career experience in both the public and private sector. Paul has worked as a consultant, creating marketing and branding strategies and gaining experience in the design of training materials. In recent years he has developed an e-learning portal and has written and produced several on-line courses.

Faisal Ahmad is Faith Regen Foundation’s newest and youngest Board Member. He is a recently qualified Chartered Accountant and works as a financial auditor in one of the Big four accountancy firms in London. He is also a graduate of Kings College, London in Mathematics and Management. |
Zarina Saley has experience in the broadcasting sector, working as the Assistant Producer for Press TV’s discussion show ‘Islam and Life’ hosted by Dr Tariq Ramadan. She is graduate of Kings College, London and has a MA in English Literature. |

Leslie Laniyan is currently the Managing Director of Shian Housing Association a BME led Housing Association based in London which has been involved in and responsible for a broad spectrum of building and construction projects ranging from simple refurbishment of a single property up to and including the rebuilding of a new estate. He was previously Regional Manager with Ujima Housing Association largest Black Led Housing Association in England. Leslie is the former chairman of the Federation of Black Housing Organisations a national based organisation representing Black and Minority Ethnic(BME) led Housing Association in England. He is also the former Chair of African Refugee Housing Association Group (ARHAG) which is one of the few housing associations in the UK focusing on the needs of the migrant communities, he has still retained his Board membership of ARHAG. Leslie is the Vice Chair of Odu Dua Housing Association a BME led housing association based in the UK. Leslie was a former member of the Pentecostal Credit Union whose focus is to address issues surrounding financial exclusion. Leslie is an active mentor and a graduate from the London School of Economics. |

He has over 10 years experience as an accountant, and is currently working with Islington Community Housing Co-Operative Limited. He has strong connections with the Muslim community in both North and East London, and is the Treasurer for the Islamic Community Centre in Tottenham. | |
